FIPS
FIPS is a cloud-based Microsoft product which will always have the latest features available providing best value for SDS and its customers. It requires an annual access fee for each user. The cost of the FIPS user access will be £264 excl. VAT (£22 per month) per user for the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. This page will be updated with relevant invoicing dates in due course. Learning Providers are able to exchange a user account for a different user without additional charge in accordance with the terms and conditions for user access (as the total number of overall users will not be increasing) for change of staff by notifying SDS of the changes. This can be done using the FIPS User Additions and Amendments form linked below.

The user request forms should be used to request accounts or make changes. Guidance is included in the forms - requests should be emailed to FIPS@sds.co.uk.
