Land Based Pre-Apprenticeship Programme

The aim of the Land Based Pre-Apprenticeship programme is to help individuals (16-24yrs) develop the skills needed to access a Land Based apprenticeship.

It will provide the participants with an understanding of the specific area of Land Based work they want to gain an apprenticeship in and will help them discover what is required to succeed and to manage participants expectations of the standards employers are looking for.

Upon Completion of this Pre-Apprenticeship, individuals will have a head start that will grant them a competitive edge when it comes to finding employment with an apprenticeship – this will include industry specific qualifications e.g., Tractor Driving Test, Field Crop Spraying, Trailer Towing etc.
