From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we supported 7 employers and 358 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 31 March 2024 there were 1,966 Modern Apprentices in training.

From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we supported 1,100 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 76.4% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.

The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Aberdeenshire is 78.2%.

From 1 June 2023 to 31 March 2024 we delivered 19,862 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 12,189 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

As at the 31 March 2024 of the 15,445 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 75% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we delivered 2,434 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 1,265 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The May 2024 Interim Participation Snapshot showed that of the 11,493 16-19 year olds in Aberdeenshire 93.4% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

In 2021-22 there were 58 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 23 registered with employers based in the area.

In 2021-22, 677 pupils started Foundation Apprenticeships in schools at SCQF Level 4-6 in this area.

In 2021-22 we invested over £8.4m in the local area.
