We support individuals from all communities through a range of inclusive programmes, to increase their work-based and employability skills, enabling them to take their first steps into the labour market, or to make successful career change and progression.
Employability Support
No One Left Behind is the strategy for placing people at the centre of design and delivery of employability services. It promotes a strengthened partnership approach where partners from the third, private and public sector come together to form Local Employability Partnerships in each local authority.
Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE)
We want to help minimise the impact for people and businesses facing redundancy. SDS offer free advice and support as the lead agency of Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE).
The Big Plus
The Big Plus, Scotland's national adult literacy and numeracy campaign, provides free help to support people to improve their skills
